Refund policy
Note!
Due to the small business status (German law, § 19 UStG) I do not charge value added tax and therefore do not show it. All prices mentioned in the online shop, including the costs for delivery and shipping, are final prices.
This policy is in addition to our general terms and conditions and may be changed from time to time.
Conditions for digital products
- We guarantee the factual correctness of our products. New versions due to corrections or new scientific knowledge can be downloaded free of charge by buyers of these products.
- If a buyer notifies us within 48 hours after purchase of any factual errors in learning content and we correct the errors, the full purchase price will be refunded within 2 weeks.
- This excludes errors in things not intended for student use, spelling or grammar errors.
- For purchases cancelled after payment but before download (whether through the shop or the confirmation email), the full purchase price will be refunded within 1 week.
- No refunds will be given on downloaded products.
Conditions for physical products
- We consider each case separately and giving refunds to one does not mean we will give refunds to anyone else.
- We may consider partial or full refunds in the case of faulty products (this excludes damage caused by shipping or handling by the buyer).
- We do not refund shipping costs.
- We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund orders we cannot fulfil for any reason.
