Shipping policy

Please note that our stamps are manufactured in, and shipped from, Namibia.

1. Digital products can be downloaded free of charge after purchase. There may be a charge for using the network (from your respective network provider.)
2. Shipping times cannot be guaranteed and are an estimate only. It may take 30 business days or longer.
3. The buyer is responsible for all import duties and taxes in the destination country.
4. Shipping fees are subject to change due to factors beyond our control. If they change after a purchase is completed, we will notify the buyer and they will be able to cancel their order with a full refund.
5. We take all reasonable care to ensure secure shipping but cannot be held responsible for any events that occur after the package has left our shop.
6. Airmail does not have tracking.
